John DiNardo
President & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

John is a visionary, people-focused leader with more than 30 years of experience in the telecommunications and customer service industry. Since assuming leadership of Nordia in 2009, he has grown the company from 1,300 to over 5,000 employees while expanding service offerings and Nordia’s Canadian footprint from 3 to 14 centres, as well as successfully transitioning ownership to Birch Hill Equity Partners in 2015. In this time, Nordia has become the leader for customer service solutions in Canada with an industry-wide reputation for unparalleled quality and customer service, including the lowest employee attrition and highest employee satisfaction in the industry. Prior to joining Nordia, John held numerous executive positions at Bell Canada notably in the areas of call centre management, customer relations, and sales and loyalty. In 2008, he led Bell’s Call Centre Outsourcing Management group where he engineered a major consolidation of Bell’s external call centres around the world, introduced new partner support models, and revamped the compensation model. From 2003-2006, he was VP, Sales & Marketing at Expertech Canada (Bell’s network construction subsidiary) and President, Expertech U.S.

Guy Neveu
SENIOR VICE-PRESIDENT, FINANCE AND CFO

Guy is a strategic leader with has more than 25 years of solid operational and financial experience. In addition to his role as CFO for call centre operations in Canada and the Philippines, he is also accountable for technology, facilities, business performance and business intelligence for Nordia’s Canadian operations. Guy joined Nordia in 2013 and played a key role in spearheading its expansion and acquisition strategy, which saw the company grow to 14 centres across Canada. Prior to that, he held senior positions with Bell Canada and Teleglobe, managing call centre sales strategy, outsourcing, capacity planning, as well as numerous financial roles. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), with a Bachelor of Business Administration and an MBA from the University of Montreal’s renowned HEC business school.

PHILIPPE PLOUFFE
SENIOR VICE-PRESIDENT, OPERATIONS

Philippe joined Nordia in 2023 to lead our contact centre operations in Canada and the Philippines. He brings over 25 years of experience in the customer service environment, starting his career on the frontlines as a telemarketing agent at Bell Canada in 1998. He quickly progressed within management and support roles, working both with internal teams and managing external partners. Prior to joining Nordia, he led the call centre Sales teams for Bell residential, mobility and small business segments. He also created and implemented highly successful standardized sales training programs for management and frontline teams. Philippe is a dynamic, creative and passionate people leader, equally at ease with understanding analytics and inspiring teams to perform at their best. Philippe has an Executive MBA (EMBA) degree from McGill University – HEC in Montreal.

Lyne Belanger
Vice-President, Operations

Lyne is a senior client experience leader with over 20 years of experience in sales, customer service, and operations management. She joined Nordia in 2019 after leading teams at major companies in the insurance and telecommunications industries. She is passionate about developing and motivating high-performing teams and driving results through employee engagement and customer satisfaction.

Anita de Laurentis
Vice-President, Human Resources & Labour Relations

Anita has more than 27 years of contact centre experience, starting off as a customer service representative in the airline industry. She joined Nordia in 2004 and has been a member of the executive leadership team since 2005, when she was promoted to VP, Operations. In 2011, Anita became General Manager, HR, Labour Relations, and Operational Support and two years later, to her current position. In that time, Anita oversaw all HR, recruitment, training, and labour relations function as Nordia grew from 5 to 14 centres across the country. Prior to Nordia, she led the start-up of call centre operations in Ottawa, Toronto, and Vancouver for Intair Transit.

MICHAEL MORAN
VicE-President, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY 

Mike is a seasoned IT entrepreneur and technologist with over 20 years of experience. He joined Nordia in 2016 to lead our Business Intelligence unit and in 2020, was promoted to his current position, overseeing Nordia’s IT and network infrastructure, its support services in addition to its business intelligence capabilities. Prior to joining Nordia, Mike held key roles at companies such Versus Informatique Inc. and Nurun and was also founder of the firm SoftSystème, which was a leader in the development of e-commerce solutions and intranet security applications. Mike holds a Bachelor in IT Management from the Université du Québec à Montréal.

Nathalie Siphengphet
VICE-PRESIDENT, Strategy and Communications

Nathalie joined Nordia in April 2024. In her role, she is accountable for enhancing Nordia’s brand positioning and visibility, nurturing a strong corporate culture, and improving communications and engagement. She is working closely with the members of the executive team in shaping corporate strategy and contributing to Nordia growth and long-term success. Nathalie have built her communications career in the aerospace and high technology industry with over a decade of success in working with senior leaders and managing communications strategy, marketing, brand, and public relations for global organizations. Most recently, she was Head of Marketing and Strategy for the Civil Aviation division at CAE and prior to that, Head of Communications and Public Relations for the Commercial Aircraft division at Bombardier. Nathalie graduated from McGill University in Communications and Public Relations.
